Ignacio and Tomasín, uncle and nephew, are two Galician agriculture employers who share a family heritage with their Cuban-born cousin, Luz Divina, who as well has Galician roots that make her an unquestionable inheritor.
The formal sharing of the heritage, before the suitable notary public’s office of Santiago de Compostela, brings Luz Divina to this city to meet her cousins, who were waiting for her.
Luz Divina, on a very simple and non ill-intentioned way, gives her cousins a description of her life situation in Cuba, which is far from being true.
Luz Divina was confident that her description was perfect; never thinking her relatives would go to Cuba.
But then, it happened. The perfect sharing of the will together with Tomasín’s wishes to see the island’s Caribbean charms, with which he had had a first frustrating encounter through his cousin, Luz Divina, made the two Galicians travel to Cuba.
